Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Construction Superintendent to manage the construction of new restaurants and major remodel projects. The Restaurant Construction Superintendent’s responsibility is to supervise the field construction of a project and to complete the work on schedule, within the budget, and to the quality of workmanship specified.

Restaurant Construction Superintendent Responsibilities and Benefits :

• Become familiar with plans, specifications, site, local codes, local officials and inspection procedures
• Assist the Project Manager in developing the project schedule
• Schedule and attend all required inspections
• Establish and maintain benchmarks and reference points for the ongoing layout of work
• Communicate, implement, and enforce company safety policy as it pertains to assigned project

Restaurant Construction Superintendent Requirements :

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines
• Experience both in union and non-union environments
• Ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant ground-up construction, and renovations
• National Travel is required for this position - up to 70% travel
