About the role:

This is a 1099 role 

Hours: 11am-7pm EST Saturday and Sunday

Hourly pay: $25-$30

Location: Remote work

Job Description: As a Sales Admin Support at Pompa Program, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless operations within the sales department. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing sales-related documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of transforming lives through health and wellness while being part of a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• High speed internet and laptop or desktop computer
• Familiarity with CRM software HubSpot.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Duties:

• Using sales systems (CRM, etc.) to assist sales reps
• Providing backup for payment support
• Help guide sales reps to location of information
• Coordinating communication between sales reps and clients
