Your role and responsibilities

As a core member of the Human Resources (HR) Operational Services in Employee Life Cycle, you will deliver HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees. You will process complex and escalated HR requests related to multiple service lines for an assigned group of employees. In this role, you will be leading the onboarding, administrative, immigration, relocation, employee call center and master data functions of the employee life cycle within the United States and Puerto Rico HR Operations team. The position will collaborate with a team of payroll, global Hub, compensation, benefits, onboarding, HRIS and compliance subject matter experts to proactively monitor and resolve issues, ensure process improvement and accuracy and timely transactional activity. This role will need to work in-person in our Cary, NC office location. (#LI-Onsite) You will be mainly accountable for: - Define and implement metrics to measure and monitor effectiveness and compliance of areas of responsibility - Lead various assigned projects that benefit the Employee Life Cycle and other Functional Services teams to be more streamlined and compliant - Design, develop and implement processes, procedures, methods, standards and controls to improve the efficiency, and quality of the Employee Life Cycle (ELC) - Driving the execution of global/regional roadmap and deliverables, and the further optimization of HR processes, in close collaboration with global HR service lines. - Planning development of the operations and further refining the operating model, organizational structure, and governance model; and leading global projects by offering profound expertise and knowledge and supporting collaboration across different functions.

Qualifications for the role

  • A relevant bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience (inclusive of 3-4 years leading and managing a team) or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Process development and process/continuous improvement experience
  • Results oriented with proven leadership and people and change management experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of various HR practices, laws, policies and procedures
  • Experience with a Human Resources Information System
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team
  • Experience managing HR and system related vendors
  • SHRM certification preferred.
  • Workday and/or SAP experience preferred.
  • Experience in large global business environment supporting 10,000+ employees
