Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Senior Physical Security (PHYSEC) Specialist, to join our team in Springfield, VA.

CLEARANCE

• TS/SCI (existing clearance required to start)
• Willing to obtain a CI Polygraph

LOCATION

• Springfield, VA

OVERVIEW

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all aspects of physical security
• Provide SCIF Construction support and back-up Program Security Administration for the Government Security Team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7 years’ experience or a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience in:
  • Drafting and executing Construction Security Plans (CSPs)
  • Interpretation and implementation of ICD/S 705 Technical Specifications
  • Managing an Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and closed circuit camera systems
  • Creating and implementing an Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
  • Conducting physical security inspections of SCIFs
  • Completing Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC) and TEMPEST Checklists
  • Applying security in depth concepts as they pertain to Facility Security Level (FSL)
  • Antiterrorism Force Protection (ATFP)
  • Using Microsoft Office application suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project)

NICE TO HAVE

• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SPFC)
• Physical Security Certification (PSC)
• 7 or more years of experience using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software
• 5 years’ experience operating an ACS
• Experience completing an ICD/S 705 Shipboard Checklist
• Experience creating and issuing badges
• Experience overseeing the construction of a mobile SCIF
• Experience applying TEMPEST countermeasures
• CDSE PSC Certification or IC equivalent
