We're looking for a Store Manager for our amazing MINOT, ND Store! In this role you'll lead your team to success by developing their skills as leaders, their abilities as planners and business owners and their passion for people.


You'll learn all the in's and out's of the off price retail landscape. You will manage the day-to-day operations of both Front of House operations and Back of House operations. You'll learn how to merchandise, flow, markdown and manage these departments to a profit and potentially earn yourself an annual bonus!

Some basics:

  • Have at least 5 years of progressive leadership background with at least 2 as Store Manager.
  • Have a great attitude with a people first mentality.
  • Have a leaders mindset, knowing that you're only as strong as your team.

Some realities of the Job:

  • You're responsible for your store. It's your store, so if something isn't working right, you have to fix it. We're happy and absolutely willing to support you in your challenges, but we want you to lead your team and make things happen.
  • You will have to forget everything you've done in the past. Ross is different, we operate different, we're hiring great leaders but we will teach you the Ross way for everything operational.
  • You're going to have to learn how to speak Ross... yeah it's funny, but we have acronyms for EVERYTHING. It can be confusing at first, but we promise it will get super simple.
  • The first 3 to 6 months you'll feel like you're struggling. AND THAT'S NORMAL! We already know you're going to go through the process, so don't freak out, we won't. We're here to support our team and our leaders, so just know, we get it. We call it the Ross Light Switch effect.
  • You're going to make mistakes... it's okay... no one gets mad here. Again, our whole job is to support you to ensure you learn from those mistakes and get better each day. Wait... maybe that should be in the benefits column.
