Join our Growing Team! We are hiring   a Store Manager  for a new location in Paramus - Coming Spring 2025!

Vive   la Crêpe,  established   in 2009,   brings   delicious savory and sweet crêpes , made   fresh   to order ,   to New York City - and, in spring 2025 - New Jersey! Currently   with three location s and   more on the way in 2025, we are seeking team members   at all levels   to join us as we grow! If you   are obsessed with   creating great guest experiences, are   passionate about crepes & coffee ,   we want to speak to you! 

We are hiring an experienced food & beverage professional to  join the team as a Manager to lead the opening of our new location in Paramus. The manager  is responsible for   leading all   Crêperie   team members in running an efficient and profitable operation, managing day-to-day store operations,   maintaining   high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment.  
** Please note - position will require two weeks of training at NYC location prior to Garden State Opening.**

Primary   Duties and Responsibilities   Include:  

• Consistently upholds brand   standards   across all interactions. Successfully handles and resolves customer concerns across in-store and other interaction channels ( e.g.   Google, Yelp,   etc ) as needed .  
• Leads the store and team to always achieve an “A” (if not applicable, passing grade) in health department inspections, or other occasional inspections.  
• Monitors sales performance compared to the budget,   implements   tactics to boost sales, and ensures ongoing communication with the team.  
• Identifies   staffing needs and leads efforts on   scheduling,   recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training needs of qualified candidates.  
• Builds team morale   and team spirit by fostering a work environment of appreciation and support.  

  Candidates can expect :  

• Competitive annual salary , ranging from  $65,000-$75,000

Position Requirements:  

• At least 2 years in a supervisory position in the food & beverage industry  
• ServeSafe Certification or comparable Food Safety certification
• Availability to work a varied schedule of nights, weekends, and   holidays  
• Ability to use   various technology   such as Microsoft office , scheduling platforms,   inventory systems,   and Point of Sale systems  
• A positive, inspiring attitude with the desire to motivate others to do their best   everyday ! 

Physical Demands  

The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching,   frequently   lifting up   to 25 pounds, occasionally   lifting up   to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be   accomplished   with or without reasonable   accommodations .
