Compensation - Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Performance incentives: Quarterly bonuses and additional earning potential through spot bonuses.
Responsibilities Team Leadership and Development - Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Client Advocates.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and continuous training to enhance team skills and foster growth.
- Create a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
Sales and Customer Service - Drive sales by achieving targets and actively participating in sales activities.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Ensure every client enjoys a memorable shopping experience through exceptional customer service and problem resolution.
Store Operations and Visual Merchandising - Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage store opening, closing, and cash-handling processes with precision.
Sales Analysis and Reporting - Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategies to drive store and company growth.
- Develop and implement actionable plans to achieve financial goals.
Relationship Building and Networking - Build lasting relationships with clients, community organizations, and industry professionals.
- Actively engage in local events and networking opportunities to enhance store visibility.
Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality industries, with a proven track record of managing sales targets and high-end customer service.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in motivating teams, resolving challenges, and driving results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred, not required).
- Jewelry and diamond experience (preferred, not required).
