As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are seeking a motivated Real Estate Private Equity Intern to join our team. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to support the investments team, gaining exposure to a variety of real estate asset classes and private investment strategies.
This position is based in our Carmel, Indiana office. In-office presence is required.
Responsibilities:
Gain hands-on experience in our due diligence and risk analysis process, including conducting market research, site tours, and other key due diligence activities;
Develop a foundational to intermediate understanding of financial modeling for debt and equity structures in both private and public-private real estate investments;
Support the portfolio management team by preparing quarterly meeting materials and investor reports for seven distinct investment strategies;
Draft template communications for distribution to investors and other stakeholders regarding new and existing real estate investments;
Assist the portfolio operations team with maintaining internal systems, such as Salesforce, Box.com, and AppFolio;
Present a complete investment analysis and recommendation to the investment committee at the conclusion of the internship; and
Complete other projects contributing to TwoPointO and Valeo’s growth.
