In support of Minnesota’s largest county, Communications is dedicated to effectively connecting Hennepin County’s people with the programs, services and information they need via county websites. As part of the Website Communications Team, the Web Developer’s primary responsibility is to support the county’s content management system (Sitecore) by building and updating web templates, applying usability best practices and adhering to the county’s accessibility standards. In addition, the candidate must be capable of providing ongoing assistance (including training as necessary) to the Web Communications team and other teams, as needed.
Location and hours:This position is hybrid and will be performed both onsite at the Hennepin County Government Center, 300 South 6 th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55487 , and remote as job duties require. Work hours will typically be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with occasional evenings and/or weekends.
While this position is designated as hybrid, based on current requirements hires must reside in or relocate to Minnesota or Wisconsin.
At this time, employees may be eligible to receive an additional cash merit of up to $2253.84 that can be earned annually based on performance. In this position, you will :
