Our client is a successful construction company (currently $30M-$40M) with a strong reputation for self-performing demolition and earthmoving projects. As they strategically diversify their construction offerings, they're aggressively expanding into the Wet Utility market and require a top-notch Foreman to lead the way. They are known for:

The Construction Foreman Role:
In this key construction role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of wet utility projects, including:
Leading and supervising a skilled crew within the construction environment
Ensuring safety compliance on construction job sites
Managing project schedules and budgets for successful construction outcomes
Coordinating effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders in the construction industry
Performing thorough quality control inspections throughout construction phases
Maintaining accurate documentation for all construction projects
The Ideal Construction Candidate:
5+ years of experience as a Wet Utility Foreman or a similar construction role
Strong understanding of wet utility construction methods and materials commonly used in construction
Proven ability to lead and motivate a construction crew effectively
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Unwavering commitment to safety and a clean work environment on construction sites
Non-union construction environment preferred
Additional Qualifications (Bonus Points):
Experience with demolition and earthmoving projects within the construction field
Familiarity with the West Michigan and/or Toledo construction markets
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 base salary
